I am freezing! The weather has been so cold, windy and damp!

Earlier this week, I met with the builder. He remembers everything he said he would get for me. I absolutely love my condo. The dry wall is complete and the rooms look much bigger than I thought they would be. Tiling is next. My new closing date is June 4th. I’m in the process of looking into home insurance. I will probably stay with the company we’ve always used. I’m beginning to do a little packing although I plan to take my time moving out of Tim’s pool house. No need to rush!

My weighted blanket arrived but I returned it. The blanket I ordered was too heavy. I ordered the 15 lb. even though I suspected it would be too heavy. A new 12 lb. blanket is arriving tomorrow. I’m looking forward to getting it.

Belle limped a little the other day. It was only for a few steps and she was fine. The next day, the same thing happened. I brought her to her doctor who diagnosed a luxating patella. According to him and every article I read, this is very common in small breeds. The knee jumps out of place and then goes back again. She has no problem walking and running. There are no restrictions on her activities. The doctor said she can do whatever she wants. She’ll be fine. Of course, he doesn’t realize this isn’t any dog, this isBelle. Today, we began another training class. There are only 5 dogs in the class and the instructor seems good. It’s a 6 week course and keeps us both busy.

Yesterday, I had a colonoscopy. No more! I was so weak and felt so lousy. Awful! There were no polyps. The doctor who did the colonoscopy asked about my brother and 2 grandfathers. Because they were in their late 60’s, early 70’s, I shouldn’t have to worry. I’m past that.

Happy Waffle Day! Love, (Auntie) Beverly
